If we do not receive the signed contract, we will not refund the deposit nor we will be able to send the vehicle! Please include a copy of your credit card, both front and back and a copy of your driver license for verification purposes only)

THE BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID IN FULL, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE SERVICE.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

Dream Drive Travels Service has a 14-day cancellation policy, if cancelled within 14 days, you will be charged the full amount. Dream Drive Travels will provide the requested service. In the case of changes or requests for additional mileage or hours, those fees will be applied to your total cost of the trip as an additional charge.. All deposits in case of cancelation cannot be refunded and must be used as credit for future bookings. Any Credit is only eligible for 30 days from when the amount was credited.

We provide a 15 minutes grace period from stated pick-up time from residence or points of interest. we provide a 45 minutes grace period for flight arrivals. After grace period is up we charge a $40 late fee per hour.

Dream Drive Travels Service will not be held liable for any delays that are a direct result of: Bad Road Conditions, Inclement Weather, Accidents, Breakdowns, and other conditions that are beyond the control.

All DDT specialty vehicles are thoroughly inspected before the trip. If for some reason beyond the control of Dream Drive Travels Service, a mechanical failure makes it necessary for the replacement of the vehicle originally assigned for the service, the replacement vehicle may be of a different type or style depending on availability and Dream Drive Travels Service will not be held liable in any case for consequential damages or delays that are a direct result of mechanical failure. We are not liable for refunds for mechanical failure that are beyond our control.

Confirmation will include estimated final total based on the services you have requested. Final total will be calculated within 48 hours of completion of your reservation. the rate is subject to change based on any services that you specify such as Meet and greet, wait time, stops, tolls, parking or any other misc. Fees that may apply if they have already not been included.

Dream Drive Travels Service drivers/subcontractors have a right to refuse transportation of any person or people under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs, or whose conduct is such that would make he/she objectionable to the other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.

If passengers are underage, parents or legal guardians should accompany them in the vehicle, or sign a waiver of responsibility. We also require a contact phone number for the responsible adult party/parties if any issues arise.

Dream Drive Travels Service WILL NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MINORS. All contracts must be signed by a legal adult who understands they are taking legal liability for the entire group and service. If there is to be alcohol served on the bus, the contract signer must be at least 21 years of age on the date of signing the agreement, and agrees that there will be no one under the age of 21 years allowed in the vehicle.

Any unusual cleaning and/or damage(s) to the seats, windows, or other equipment, or any part of the vehicle caused by a member of the chartering party, will be paid by the chartering party starting at $ 250.00. Garbage bags will be provided from your driver.

Smoking of any substance is NOT ALLOWED inside any vehicle, at any time. If anyone in the vehicle smokes or lights a fire of any kind, there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee assessed.

Any threats, physically or verbally to our drivers will result in the driver stopping the vehicle, calling the police and terminating the event. This will be at the driver’s discretion, as we value their safety and well-being. You will be responsible for the full cost of the contract, as well as any additional fees incurred as per the contract.

Any firearms or illegal substances in the vehicle will result in the driver calling 911 and ending the service without refund.

DDT will not be responsible for any personal items left in any of our vehicles at any time. If for some reason you have left something in the vehicle, and we find it, the item(s) will be kept in the office no longer than 3 days. If you fail to contact DDT and show proof of ownership after 3 days we will dispose of the item(s).

THE PERSON SIGNING THIS CONTRACT IS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR AND ACTIVITY OF THEMSELVES AND ALL GUESTS ON THE VEHICLE.
